Float Fit has recently started and new Les Mills classes will soon be on offer.
Float Fit is great for all abilities, including those wanting a change from your classic exercise studio work-out. While balancing on a giant float in the swimming pool, you’ll carry out body-weight exercises, working your core to the maximum to stay balanced.

Les Mills is already a regular class on our Lifestyles timetable but now we have even more fantastic classes from the world-renowned collection coming to The Alan Higgs Centre. Soon you will see Body Balance and Body Pump.
The two new Les Mills additions bring everything from yoga-based exercises along with something for those wanting to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Les Mills classes at The Alan Higgs Centre are available from Monday 26th October 2020.
Body Balance is on Mondays 11:00am, Tuesdays 11.00am & 7.00pm, Saturdays 10.00am and Body Balance is on Saturdays 11:00am.
