Rebecca, 32, has been a member of Centre AT7 for around seven months and has made fantastic progress in her few months as a member.
Rebecca struggled with her fitness levels and confidence in exercising outside before joining Centre AT7, but quickly got stuck in at the gym with running on the treadmills and started the ‘Couch to 5K’ programme alongside also signing up for Personal Training sessions. Despite getting so involved with physical movement, Rebecca was struggling to run for much longer than a minute.
Gradually, Rebecca’s fitness levels began to rise, seeing noticeable changes, not only in her physical fitness, but also in her confidence levels. She was now able to run outside, getting involved in her local Parkrun, and runs at least 5k, three times per week, outside! She manages to do this all alongside her day-to-day life and her regular Personal Training sessions.
It is quite clear that Rebecca has well and truly smashed her ‘Couch to 5K’ goal, so is now training for a 10k at the end of the month.
In total, Rebecca has lost over three stone, her visceral fat level has gone from 10 to 6! Along with this, she has lost 111cm across her whole body, and her resting heart rate has dropped from 79 to a much healthier 62.
Rebeccas’s overall experience of using a CV Life centre has been extremely positive and has helped her achieve her goals.
