Specialist Classes

Our specialist classes provide an even wider variety to our group exercise programme. They are designed to expand the boundaries of your regular fitness regime. There is an additional charge to members for these sessions.

Fast Classes in Gym

Available at Moat House Leisure and Neighbourhood Centre Only.
Members Varied classes week to week, see notice board for details. Sessions could include core fit, kettlebells, spin, HIIT, circuits for example.

Junior Boxing

Available at Moat House Leisure and Neighbourhood Centre only.

Junior fitness boxing class is fun, engaging and great for improving your fitness levels, self-confidence and discipline. This session is supervised by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructor who ensures a safe and effective learning environment. Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn.

at The Wave and The Alan Higgs Centre

TEAMBEATS combines variety, efficiency and fun in a single workout that is unlike any other group fitness experience. Members can improve fitness, lose weight and maximise performance by working out to the beat of music tracks while performance is tracked on the projector screen.

These sessions will be able to attend on the gym floor around the Omnia Rig.

Mondays - Fridays

8:00-8:30am , 6:00-6:30pm

Weekends: Saturday and Sunday
