This Girl Can
This Girl Can classes are female only classes, all fitness abilities are welcome but they are specifically designed for beginners/anyone with injuries/or anyone who may need that confidence boost to help get them comfortable in other classes. This class acts as a brilliant ‘stepping stone’ and introduction to other fitness classes that you may not feel strong enough or fit enough for. It will be covering various exercises introductions such as dance, aerobics, boxfit, yoga etc and varies week to week. Come along to boost confidence, meet new friends and join a team to overcome any physical or emotional barriers that may have prevented you to try other exercise classes in the past!
